Artisan Cutlery/CJRB Limited Lifetime Warranty

The Artisan Cutlery/CJRB warranty covers any defect in materials, manufacturing, or assembly for as long as the original purchaser owns the knife. Defective products can be replaced for a new version of the purchased model or returned for a refund (With proof of purchase). If the item that was purchased is no longer available or has been discontinued, we will be happy to offer a replacement of another item of equal value.

The Artisan Cutlery/CJRB warranty will be voided if:

• Your product has been disassembled or modified
• Your product has been subjected to use outside of its intended purpose as a cutting tool
• Your product sustains damage from misuse or neglect
• Your product is lost or stolen

Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty, however if replacement clips/screws/and external hardware pieces are required please contact us and we will do our best to send replacement parts.

In order to return your product for a warranty replacement please follow these steps:

1.    Email:       service@artisancutlery.net in regards to why you are exchanging/returning your product. Please include your Name, Address, Email address (if not already specified) and your order number (if your product was purchased directly from our website)

2.    Once we confirm your return please pack your product securely in a box and ship it to the supplied US address.

3.    Please take a photograph of your shipping receipt and tracking number and email the image to us.

4.    Once we confirm that your order has been sent, we will mail your replacement as soon as we can.

Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement

By purchasing an Artisan Cutlery/CJRB product the buyer assumes all responsibility in knowing and following all federal, state, local, and international laws concerning the ownership, having, carrying, shipping, transporting, or using of any Artisan Cutlery/CJRB products. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Artisan Cutlery/CJRB for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from purchase, transportation, ownership, or any use of Artisan Cutlery/CJRB products in violation of state, local, federal, or international laws or regulations. Artisan Cutlery/CJRB is not liable for any misuse of any Artisan Cutlery/CJRB products purchased either directly from Artisan Cutlery/CJRB or from a dealer/distributor.
